Keep parked security and travel safety separate

Write two state sheets. The parked sheet records locks, direct zones, local warning, cameras, hotspot or campground network, cellular path, storage, users, service, address, responders, and recovery. The travel sheet records which security devices are powered down, safely stowed, physically secured, ignored, or supported during movement.
